Free shipping on every order

Every order ships free, with no minimum. Orders are handled and dispatched from our international warehouse. During busy periods — holidays or a promotion — processing can take a little longer than usual.

Order processing

We process orders Monday to Friday. Processing takes 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, and your order ships the day after processing is complete. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been processed, estimated transit times are:

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–16 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 10–26 business days
Rest of the world: 11–30 business days

In exceptional cases delivery can extend to 40 business days, due to customs, weather or logistics outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships we send you a tracking number by email so you can follow it in real time. You can also check it at any time from our Track Your Order page.

Changes to your delivery address

If you need to change the delivery address, write to us as soon as possible, before the order enters the shipping stage. Once an order has been processed, the address cannot be changed.

Delays

We work hard to meet the times above, but customs checks, carrier backlogs and peak seasons can cause delays. If you notice an unusual delay, write to info@harper-vale.com and we will look into it with the carrier for you.
